Absolute Mental Exercise

My name is Shikeena Lynard. I am a certified personal trainer with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently a P.E. instructor for grade school children where I share the importance of health and wellness. With a background in both exercise and mental health, I have developed a program - Absolute M.E. - that will incorporate the two. My mission is to venture out as a mental health professional helping to bring joy to my clients lives using cognitive techniques, exercise, while also maintaining a balanced diet!
