Start Within Coaching supports women of color to heal from collective, historical and personal trauma. To guide you on your path to wellness and freedom from overwhelm, we offer individual and group services focused on EFT-Tapping, mindfulness, and resilience. Our goal is to create safe spaces for honest, healing conversations. Founder, Colette Ellis, is an advocate for your mindfulness and wellbeing. She is a certified Stress Management coach and practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT-Tapping). As a black woman, she knows first-hand the challenges of dealing with the impacts of microaggressions, racism, and other forms of discrimination. She will support you to feel a sense of worthiness, to know that your dreams, your health, and your life matters. Virtual programming includes: EFT-Tapping: Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping is a powerful healing method to reduce stress and anxiety, and also to re-write limiting beliefs Resilience Coaching: sessions are designed to guide you through processes to better cope with problematic and stressful situations Mindfulness & Guided Meditation: sessions are designed to introduce you to mindfulness principles
