Our platform gives emerging, online, and established national and international brands an opportunity to enter, test, or launch a product in Miami, the fastest-growing market. The Shop is the first of its kind in S. Florida and the future of retail. More than just a micro leasing concept, we have created a social space that consumers and brands alike want to be a part of and share. The perpetual pop-up is a creative, timeless, and unforgettable solution that addresses the current issues facing today’s retail, in an immersive shopping experience surrounded by “Instagrammable” moments and a curated assortment of vendors. We offer short- term, flexible leases, in our uniquely designed shop-in-shops, tailored to meet the needs and achieve the goals of each vendor. The idea for The Shop In Pop Up Shop arose organically, initially conceptualized to cultivate a retail presence for, the founder, Calyann Barnett’s celebrity clients.
