Since 2009 Aqua Property Development and it's subsidiaries have been providing quality property management for select landlords. Our group APD Roofing provides Roof Restorations, meaning that after an accident or storm event we can work with your insurance company to get your home back in top condition like it was before the accident or storm happened. We handle shingled roofs and flat roofs, sheds and garages, high roofs, and steep roofs. Through our network of contractors, there is no residential roof job too big or too small. We also provide insurance claims support with our own in-house Licensed adjuster and our network of insurance professionals and experts. We also play well with others and can be part of your team when you need us. Finally, we have a legacy and Deep Roots. The founder's family has been a member of the local community in Houston for 3 generations with active members of TSU, and PraireView A&M, and FISK and Meharry.
