Oftentimes the things we least expect are the most therapeutic. Loyalty...a smile...the right song...whipped shea, fuzzy socks, and onesies lol...a great book...a nice drink...genuine folk...spirituality...to name a few. I have always been a free spirited empath who finds joy in giving to others...even at those times when I wasn’t pouring into self. For as long as I can remember, I have aspired to be a giver; a giver of love, hope, and peace, a giver of strength, positivity, and good vibes......and most of all, a giver of life.
