I help Black moms heal their inner child through biblical strategies and relatable coaching, empowering them to raise emotionally and spiritually well-rounded children. My coaching focuses on breaking generational cycles of trauma, equipping moms with tools to nurture confident, resilient Black boys and girls. Through my intentional mama coaching community, I offer personalized support, practical parenting advice, and spiritual guidance, helping mothers create a safe, loving environment for their children. Together, we build a legacy of emotional health, spiritual growth, and strong family bonds. Whether it's through 1:1 coaching, group workshops, or online resources, I provide actionable strategies that foster healing, growth, and purposeful parenting. In addition to coaching, we host healing retreats, Mama Night Out events, and offer resources for self-care and family wellness. Collaborate with us to uplift and strengthen the next generation of Black leaders.
